Our order processing teams update and maintain the database for over 750,000 controlled circulation readers across some fifty titles, fulfiling both digital and hard copy editions.
Records are batched and keyed from image. Files are uploaded using comprehensive, load, validation and quality control routines.
Our systems offer the flexibility to market 'multi verification/application cards' enhancing take up-rates and reducing costs.
We process 'part verification /registration cards' refreshing only critical data, whilst maintaining the reader's demographics.
All orders and registration forms are electronically scanned then stored on a digital document storage system for fast retrieval. Originals are destroyed.
All records loaded on the database pass through 'tailored' de-duplication profiles. These profiles are modified to suit the address.
Each address loaded is managed by address enhancement and standardisation routines, in line with PAF for UK addresses in addition to international address enhancement for over 170 countries.
A dedicated team provides both ongoing and specifically requested pre-circulation audit de-duplication. And our file maintenance team provides data processing address enhancement to ensure that our clients' databases are of the highest standard.
