
A Marketing focused Client Services team provide proactive marketing services and support – reporting and audience development, online and offline billing and direct marketing development, acquisition and renewal. Our Client Services managers act as a single contact point between our clients - primarily marketing focused - and our service departments. The Client Services department ensures an optimum flow of information between Quadrant fulfilment and development services. We have to be confident that our clients receive clear and relevant information. We also need to be aware of their marketing plans and expectations to ensure that we act proactively.
Our Client Services team will develop a dialogue with clients, where progress and agreed service levels are communicated and client’s specific developments are progressed. The Client Services manager then acts as an interface between our clients and internal departments.
By example, at Quadrant the Client Services manager will play a pro-active role in the set up and management of subscription agent programs and affiliate deals, resulting in streamlined and efficient fulfilment of both online and offline agent and affiliation subscription business.
